Overall using Enbold has been easy for me. Having already been using Mounjaro for a while I haven’t needed a whole lot of contact with them however. Basically if I have a question I send a message to the provider and they respond within a short amount of time. I’ve only had one message take longer than an hour so far.

Embold has been extremely convenient for me. They’re quick to respond and incredibly encouraging about my progress and efforts. They answer any questions and concerns I have had about my health and Mounjaro.
